Dreamweaver FTP Problem

This has nothing to do with InstallShield, but I thought someone might be interested in it.

I had an interesting problem with Dreamweaver when I was FTPing some files to my server. At least it was interesting AFTER I figured it out. But not while I was pulling my hair and trying to figure it out.
